CyberNet Communications is a leading telecommunication and business internet provider based in Riverside, California, specializing in enterprise-grade data solutions, IaaS, WAN, VoIP, and cloud services.
Serving multiple industries—from healthcare to retail—they aim to deliver a reliable and secure communication infrastructure tailored to business needs.
Despite their strong technical backbone, CyberNet faced challenges in establishing an effective and consistent digital presence, particularly on LinkedIn.
The Problems That CyberNet Faced
CyberNet’s leadership team was exploring LinkedIn as a channel to reach decision-makers in industries such as non-profits, healthcare, tech, and retail. But they faced a few key hurdles:
- Lack of consistent, targeted LinkedIn content.
- Inconsistent messaging aligned to segmented offers.

1. LinkedIn Ads Funnel: Driving Mid-Funnel Conversions
We launched a LinkedIn ad campaign built for middle-of-funnel engagement.
They offer different services to different industries, so their case studies and lead magnets were also segmentized based on their offers such as:

We brainstormed sharp LinkedIn ad copy and design that would actually cut it.

Rigorous but strategic follow-ups
Whenever a lead interacted with CyberNet’s LinkedIn ad by downloading a lead magnet, we would add that lead to our follow-up system right away.
Here’s what the follow-up cycle looked like:
- A lead downloads a lead magnet
- LinkedIn notifies us of it
- We add them to our automated follow-up campaign on Expandi. (Expandi is a LinkedIn campaign automation tool.)
- Expandi sent the follow-up DMs thrice within 10 days to the lead based on the flow we had prepared.
- Email follow-ups: We would send the leads to the team CyberNet, and they used to follow up on emails on their own.
The Results:

- Engagement rate: 3.2%
- Conversion rate: 14.6%

2. LinkedIn Profile Optimization for The CEO
CEO, Bruce Hakimi, became the brand voice for CyberNet on LinkedIn. We optimized his profile with:
- Industry-specific keywords.
- Clear brand positioning in the headline and about section.
CTAs driving traffic to demo pages.
This transformed Bruce profile from passive to a lead-generating asset.
3. LinkedIn Weekly Content Calendars
We rolled out a 4-week recurring content calendar for the CEO’s profile.
- Thought leadership posts around secure connectivity, SD-WAN, and tailored industry solutions.
- Customer pain-point narratives.
- Visual carousels explaining bundled service offers.
The goal was to position Bruce as a credible, knowledgeable industry voice—meeting its ICP’s desire for transparency, reliability, and professionalism.
4. Expandi Campaigns for Organic Cold Outreach
We set up cold outreach flows using Expandi:

- Multi-step follow-ups scheduled over 7–10 days.
This allowed CyberNet to scale personal outreach and book intro calls consistently without manual work.
5. Training and Internal Enablement
To make the system sustainable, we trained Irina on:
- Managing LinkedIn ad dashboards and retargeting logic.
- Creating and scheduling weekly organic content.
- Running and optimizing Expandi campaigns independently.
