M&M Recruiting Group was established in 2003 and is the fastest growing and most accomplished recruitment firm in ON, Canada. They specialise in helping business owners untangle their hiring processes and unearth top-tier talent to serve their staffing needs.
The firm has been providing cost effective and speedy recruitment solutions on a regional, national and global basis - 2500+ job seekers employed in Canada alone.
We first took on M&M as a client to help them with their Linkedin marketing needs (ads + graphics + content). This was meant to be a long-sighted process that would increase their visibility on the platform.
After a few weeks, Basim and Sheshank, our CEO, decided that a shift in strategy was necessary to achieve more fruitful outcomes sooner.
A fresh plan was established by the team, with a focus on an SEO makeover, an updated blog page, and PPC advertising to target potential clients and job searchers.
Basim, the business development head, was looking for a firm that could provide M&M with a competitive advantage through LinkedIn marketing. Because of an ill-conceived digital strategy, the company was losing out on potential clients.
Inspite of being equipped with the knowledge and resources necessary to drive successful recruitment campaigns, the company was having a tough time reaching relevant audiences.
With regular monthly calendars and content buckets, we launched LI organic marketing for M&M.
In the second phase, Shivyaanchi adopted a fast-paced, focused strategy to reach potential manufacturing clients from different channels - be it optimised Fb and LI ad campaigns or organic website traffic.
Additionally, we built an email marketing campaign from the ground up, including a new domain address, anti-spam guidelines (spf + dkim + dmarc), and hyper-personalised, tailored email sequences for contacting high-ticket leads.
With 1200+ new entries in just 5 months, M&M's database of job seekers showed an average month-over-month growth of 157%.
Within four weeks, the content team published 12+ blog entries, which M&M continues to use as content offers across platforms.
For our emails, we routinely achieve appropriate CTRs and Open Rates. A fully automated and specialised email campaign is being developed at present.
